摘要
目的:探讨斑须按蚊体内疟原虫雄配子体出丝的发生机制。方法:应用体外雄配子体出丝分析方法,检测斑须按蚊唾液腺中疟原虫雄配子体出丝诱导物质对柏氏疟原虫雄配子体出丝的诱导活性并比较其在按蚊吸血前后的变化。结果:斑须按蚊唾液腺抽提物可在中性pH条件下诱导柏氏疟原虫雄配子体出丝;吸血后蚊唾液腺抽提物的雄配子体出丝诱导活性明显减弱。结论:雌性斑须按蚊唾液腺中含有疟原虫雄配子体出丝诱导物质,并在吸血过程中消耗该物质。
Objective: Our aim was to investigate the mechanism of malaria exflagellation in Anopheles stephensi . Methods: Exilagellation inducing activity in the salivary glands of Anopheles stephensi was examined and the activity between unfed and blood-fed mosquitoes was compared by using in vitro exflagellation assay of Plasmodium berghei. Results ;The salivary gland extract of Anopheles stephensi induced exflagellation of Plasmodium berghei at neutral pH. The exflagellation inducing activity in the salivary gland abstracts significantly decreased after blood feeding. Conclusion: The salivary gland of female Anopheles stephensi mosquito contains malaria exflagellation inducing substance, which is consumed during blood feeding.
