用高速短程纺技术和设备生产三维卷曲涤纶短纤维

PRODUCING 3-DIMENSIONAL CRIMPED PET STAPLE BY HIGH SPEED COMPACT SPINNING TECHNOLOGY AND EQUIPMENTS

广州第二合纤厂于1988年从意大利引进了一条年产5000吨丙纶短纤维的高速短程纺生产线。该厂根据国内市场的要求和广东的实际情况,对上述生产线实施了多项技术改进,成功地生产出涤纶短纤维,并仍可保持具有短程连续、多孔纺丝、高速拉伸、气流卷曲等高速短程纺技术的先进性。本文重点介绍了该厂技术攻关研制开发三维卷曲涤纶纤维的经验。

In 1988 Guangzhou No. 2 Synthetic Fiber Factory imported a high speed compact PP spinning line with a capacity of 5000 tons per year from Italy, since then many technical reforms has been carried out in this production line for the purpose of producing PET fiber according to the needs of domestic market and the practical situation in Guangdong Province. The reformed line still keeps the advantages of compact structure, multi-hole spinning, high speed drawing and air texturing such advanced techniques, in this paper experiences of research and develpoment in the production of 3-dimensional crimped PET staple are introduced.
