急性前壁心肌梗死患者C-反应蛋白与左心室射血分数值的关系 被引量：4

摘要 目的　明确急性前壁心肌梗死 ( AAMI)患者 C-反应蛋白 ( CRP)峰值与其心脏左心室射血分数 ( LVEF)值水平之间的关系。方法　 48例 AAMI患者入院后 6h开始测其 CRP,每 12 h测一次 ,测至 72 h后 ,改为每 2 4h测一次 ,连测 7d,得出其峰值。LVEF值测定时间是在 AAMI后 7～ 10 d连续测两次取平均值。结果　 AAMI患者 CRP峰值与 L VEF值呈明显负相关。而 CRP的升高与 AAMI患者的并发症如泵衰竭、左心室室壁瘤的发生有明显的正相关。结论　AAMI患者 CRP的峰值可作为
