摘要 目的 研究加热对人舌癌Tca8113细胞尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物 (UPA)表达的影响。方法 采用免疫组织化学染色和流式细胞术检测Tca8113细胞在不同加热温度下 (37℃、4 0℃、4 3℃、4 5℃ )UPA表达情况。结果 与 37℃组相比 ,4 0℃、4 3℃组加热后Tca8113细胞UPA表达明显下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而 4 5℃组UPA表达下降 ,但无统计学意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 口腔鳞癌局部热疗不会促进侵袭、转移 ,还会对肿瘤的侵袭、转移有抑制作用。 Objective\ The aim of this study was to observe the expression of urokinase_type plasminogen activator (UPA) in human tongue squamous cell carcinoma cell line (Tca8113) after heat shock with different dosage.Methods\ The expression of UPA protein of Tca8113 after different heating temperatures(37 ℃?40 ℃?43 ℃ and 45 ℃) treatment was examined by immunohistochemical technique (IH) and flow cytometry (FCM).Results\ Compared with 37 ℃ group, the UPA protein expression in 40 ℃ and 43 ℃ groups decreased significantly (P<0 05); however, the UPA protein expression in 45 ℃ group decreased but no statistical difference was found.Conclusion\ Hyperthermia could inhibit invasion and metastasis of oral squamous cell carcinoma and could be considered as a safe method in curing the tumor.\;
