摘要
本文研究了在常规纺速(<450m/min)下,切片特性粘度、熔融指数、纺丝速度、冷却成形、拉伸温度、拉伸倍数等对粗旦丙纶高强长丝生产工艺的影响及产品的应用。
Influence factors in the production of heavy denier high tenacity PP filaments such as intrinsic viscosity and melt index of chips, temperature and speed of spinning, conditions of quenching, tem-perature and ratio of drawing under conventional spinning speeds (450m/min) and the applicatin of products are studied.
