摘要
笔者在生产实践中发现FTF-800拉伸变形机的喂入辊经常有缠丝现象,严重影响生产并增加了维修费用。本文分析了产生这一现象的原因,介绍了改进措施及所取得的效果及经济效益。可供引进同类型设备的厂家参考。
Roller lapping is often taken place on the feed roller of FTF-800 draw-texturing machine, which brings much problems to the production and increasing of maintenance cost, the cause of this phen omenon is analysed in this paper also the measures to overcome and the results as well as the economic benefits obtained are introduced.
