摘要
本文介绍了高速纺生产线对油剂的要求,通过宜兴纺织印染助剂厂试制成功的YDG-2000型高速纺油剂在全套引进的Barmag高速纺生产线上试应用情况的分析和讨论,认为YDG-2000油剂的抗静电性、油膜强度与耐热性等各项性能,既能满足高速纺丝卷绕工序,又能满足拉伸变形工序的要求。
The requirements in property of finish used in high speed spinning line are introduced, YDG-2000 type finish newly developed by Yixing Textile Auxiliaries Factory is applied on the imported Barmag's high speed spinning line, the result is analysed and discussed, it shows that the properties of new finish such as anti-staticity, oil membrane strength, heat resistence etc. fully meet the needs in the process of spinning and winding also in drawing and texturing.
