大型多层框架的裂缝控制设计理念及其应用 被引量:7

CRACKS CONTROL PRINCIPLE OF LARGE MULTI-STORY FRAME STRUCTURE AND ITS APPLICATION

摘要 钢筋混凝土框架结构的裂缝设计主要是针对温度和收缩应力产生的裂缝,历来有“抗”与“放”两种不同的处理方法。我国有关规范采取了简便易行的留伸缩缝方法,释放温度和收缩应力,但在超大型建筑物中不易做到。浙江涌金广场结构设计中,采用“抗放兼施,以抗为主”的设计原则,在136m长、124m宽的现浇框架上未留贯通的伸缩缝,采取局部屋面或楼面设置伸缩缝、柱梁按温度应力计算配筋的对策控制温度裂缝,采取设置混凝土后浇带、使用微膨胀混凝土、控制水泥用量和加强养护等措施防止产生收缩裂缝,获得了成功。 Cracks design of reinforced concrete structure focuses on the cracks caused by temperature and shrinkage stress which is traditionally controlled through'resistance'and'relieving'.Respective standard of China adopts easier way of expansion joint to relieve temperature and shrinkage stress.This method,however,is difficult to apply to super large buildings.Principle of'resistance in conjunction with relieving'is adopted in the design of Yon gjin Plaza in Zhejiang province.No running through expansion joint is made in136m×124m cast-in-situ concrete,instead,expansion joint is adopted in partial roof and floor.Steel quantity in column and beam is determined by factors of both load and temperature.Later-poured-zone,low expansion concrete,limited cement ratio and good curing measure are adopted to control cracks successfully.
