QUALITY CONTROL OF ARCHITECTURAL FINISH WORKS

建筑装饰装修工程的质量不仅限于外观质量,而且涉及安全、防火、卫生及环境保护等方面。其安全监控包括保证主体结构的安全、专业设备的安全和正常使用、装饰装修工程的安全。防火监控包括材料的选取、材料的阻燃处理、工程防火监控、现场防火管理。室内环境污染监控包括对材料有害物质限量、进场复验重要材料的甲醛含量或放射性、验收工程时检测室内空气质量。隐蔽工程监控可使一些对工程安全及工序控制起重要作用部位的质量得到保证。同时,对一些有关安全的项目还要求进行现场检测。

Quality of architectural finish works does not means merely appearance quality,it involves aspects of property safety,sanitation and environmental protection.Safety monitoring includes main structure safety,proper operation of plant,safety of finish works.Fire monitoring includes election of material,fire resistance treatment to the material,site fire monitoring etc.Indoor environmental pollution monitoring includes the quantity control of harmful substance,formaldehyde and radiation retest to main materials before they are used and air test when completion test is made.Monitoring to the works to be covered or put out off view shall focus on the part relevant to structure safety.
