摘要
通过失重法、电化学和表面分析技术探讨了 1 0 13× 10 5Pa和 80℃条件下吸收了CO2 的 4种有代表性的烷醇胺 (MEA、DEA、AMP、MDEA)水溶液 (3mol/L)对碳钢的腐蚀性特点 ,从不同角度讨论了它们的CO2 吸收机理和腐蚀性大小 .实验表明 ,不同的烷醇胺溶液吸收CO2 的机理不同 ,生成的腐蚀产物膜及溶液组成也不同 ,所以腐蚀性大小也有差异 .在本实验条件下 ,腐蚀性大小顺序为 :MEA >AMP >DEA >MDEA .
The corrosion behavior of carbon steel in CO 2-absorbed 3.0 mol/L MEA?DEA?AMP and MDEA solutions under 1.013×10 5Pa CO 2 at 80℃ was investigated by static weight loss test,electrochemical method and surface analytical technology.Their CO 2 absorption mechanisms and corrosive characteristic were discussed from several points of view.Different structure alkanolamines have different CO 2 absorption mechanisms,their corrosion product film and solution constituents were different,so their corrosivity was different.The corrosivity of CO 2 saturated amines tested in this work decreased in the order: MEA>AMP>DEA>MDEA.
