摘要
应用电化学手段研究了不同参数设置下的交变电场对镍铬合金点蚀破坏的再钝化修复效果的影响 .结果表明 ,交变电场的各参数 (高电位幅值EH、低电位幅值EL、频率F、占空比R)对修复膜的性能影响有一定的规律性 ,即各参数存在一个最佳的范围 :EH 为 80 0~ 10 0 0mV ,EL 为 - 2 0 0~ 0mV ,F为 5~ 2 0Hz;适当参数条件下的交变电场对点蚀破坏后的镍铬合金电极具有明显的修复作用 .并通过正交试验获得了最佳的修复条件 ,EH=80 0mV ,EL=- 2 0 0mV ,R =1/ 2 ,F =10Hz .
The repairing effect of alternating voltage electric field on the pitted NiCr alloy electrode is investigated by means of conventional electrochemical measurement techniques.The effect of the alternating voltage electric field with different parameters,such as the top or bottom potentials,frequency,ratio of time,on the properties of repassive film displays certain regularity,and exists optimal ranges,that is E H(800~1000 mV), E L(-200~0 mV), F (5~20 Hz).The electric field with adequate parameters will produce obvious repairing effect on the pitted electrode.The parameters' condition is optimized by perpendicularity experiment,i.e. E H=800 mV, E L=-200 mV, R=1/2,F =10 Hz.
