摘要
介绍了锦纶BCF的生产技术。在从意大利引进的BCF纺丝机上,采用高粘度锦纶切片,设计合理的纺丝、拉伸、变形和卷绕工艺,可生产出适合于锦纶簇绒地毯的产品.线密度为180—195tex;相对强力23.9cN/tex,热卷曲伸长率17.7%,伸长率75.7%。
The production technology of PA-6 BCF (bulked continous filament)yarn isintroduced. Using PA-6 resin with high viscosity as raw materials,the product suitablefor PA-6 tufted rug was prepared by reasonable processes for spinning, drawing,texturing and winding on BCF spinning machine imported from Italy. The qualityindexes are follows:linear density 180-195tex; relative tenacity 23.9cN/tex; hotcrimp enlongation 75.7%.
