摘要
介绍了阳离子染料可染聚酯在合成过程中有别于常规化PET的特点,即熔体粘度高,二甘醇生成量高,易产生与体系不相溶的异物和TiO_2的凝聚粒子等。指出了合成过程中应注意的问题。
Several problems arising from the condensation polymerization process for ca-tionic dyeable PET which is different from the conventional process for PET areintroduced, such as high melt viscosity, more diethlene glycol formed, easy toproduce foreign matter, and coacervation of TiO_2 etc. The solution to these problemsare also discussed in this paper.
