摘要
对高频轮轨相互作用下轨道的波浪形磨损问题进行了考察.通过引入轮轨的灵感度,得到了轮轨间蠕滑力的波动同轨道表面不平顺幅值和表面曲率的波动关系;通过引入摩擦功计算了轨道表面的磨损,得到了磨损率的计算公式.结果表明,钢轨的磨损率同轨道的垂向动力行为密切相关;在不同激振频率下轨道表面不同点的磨损率不同.
The rail corrugation in the presence of high frequency wheel/rail interaction was investigated. Thus the receptance of the rail was introduced to establish a model to predict the rail corrugation, based on correlating the rail receptance with the fluctuation of the wheel/rail creep-force and the change of the amplitude of the running rail surface. The profile change of the rail surface due to wear was calculated by making the use of frictional power hypothesis and the corrugation rate of the rail obtained. It was found that the rail corrugation rate was closely related to the vertical dynamic behavior and different corrugation rates were observed at different locations of the rail surface in the presence of excitation source of different frequencies.
