摘要
环己烷催化氧化制环己酮及环己醇的难题是结渣导致开车周期短。本文从生产工艺、设备改进及催化剂三个方面综述了近年为延长开车周期和提高氧化选择性的发展趋势。指出应当开展过氧化物分解(含皂化)的研究。
The difficult problem arising from the preparation of cyclohexanone andcyclohexanol by cyclohexane catalytic oxidation is slag-bonding which leads to shortstart-up period. The developing trend of enlonging the period and rising the oxida-tion selectivity is reviewed in the three aspects of production process, equipmentimprovement and catalyst. It is considered that it's necessary to undergo the studyof peroxide decomposition.
