摘要
通过对FK6-600卷绕成形原理及导丝器运动规律的分析,提出导致卷装丝条分布不匀,筒子两端硬度不一,卷装起皱等现象的原因是:在双锥形卷绕中由于成形摇板的作用,导丝器长臂端的运动规律不和滑块保持一致。卷装的内外层左右密度不等,丝层与丝层之间不等,故引起卷装形状不稳定。建议对限制成形摇板的倾角θ作适当的调整,可得到良好的卷装成形。
Through analysing the FK6-600 building mechanism and yarn guide motion regula-tion, the reasons which causes the yarn uneven, the hardness of the bobbin endsdifferent and the yarn package crinkle are as follows: the yarn guide motion doesnot keep up with the link slide block due to the function of yarn examining mach-ine during the double-tapered build winding; the densities of right and left of theinside and outside package are not the same etc.. It's suggested that adjusting theangle of the yarn examining machine can result in good yarn package.
