摘要 用宽角X射线衍射峰形分析法对五种聚丙烯腈(PAN)纤维试样的取向度(π)、结晶度(C)和晶粒尺寸(L)进行了测定,以此对PAN纤维进行了结构表征。揭示了不同种类的纤维在微观结构上的差异。发现英国原丝和吉林原丝在结构上基本相同,但因吉林原丝的纺丝工艺和组分配比的波动,影响到结构参数的一致性。 The crystallinity (C), the crystalline size(L) and the degree of the relativpreferred orientation (π) of five samples of polyacrylonitrile (PAN) fibers weremeasured by WAXD techniques. The differences in microstructure among these samples are revealed. From the comparison of these samples, it is found that fibefrom Jilin and fiber from England are about the same in the structure,but due to thfluctuatuion of the spinning process and the component ratio the consistency onstructural parameters is effected, therefore the description of the structural parameters of PAN fiber is helpful to the improvement of the spinning operation and thraising of physical-chemical property of PAN fiber.
