钨酸钠加入量对铜基镍-钨-磷合今镀层性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要  为延长连铸结晶器寿命,提高连铸丕质量,在电镀镍-磷合金液中加入钨酸钠制得镍-钨-磷三元合金。研究了镀液中钨酸钠的含量对合金镀层硬度、耐磨性及结合力的影响,同时对三元合金与基材的上述性能进行了比较。结果表明,镀液中钨酸钠的合适加入量为90g/L,而且三元合金性能明显优于基材。 In order to extend lifespan of continuous casting moulds and improve quality of casting mould surfaces, nickeltungstenphosphorus ternary alloy electrodeposits were prepared in nickelphosphorus alloy electroplating bath with addition of sodium tungstate. Effects of concentration of sodium tungstate in plating bath on properties of alloy electrodeposits such as hardness , wear resistance and adhension were studied. Compared with substrate, ternary alloy obtained is greatly improved in properties mentioned above. And results show that optimal concentration of sodium tungstate in plating bath of ternary alloy is 90 g/L.
