Universal electroplating additive and its application

提出了电镀通用添加剂的组分和配制方法。该通用电镀添加剂可用于氯化钾酸性镀锌、酸性镀锡、装饰性锡锌合金代银电镀工艺,获得结晶细致、整平性好的装饰性光亮镀层。

Components and formula of universal electroplating additive were presented. The universal additive can be used in potassium chloride based solution, tin acidic solution and solution of decorative SnZn alloy substituted silver deposit. Decorative electrodeposits with fine crystal, good leveling property and brighteness were obtained.
