应用基因芯片研究代谢相关基因在先兆子痫胎盘中的表达 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :研究部分代谢相关基因在先兆子痫胎盘组织中的表达变化。方法 :采用包含 2 2 0余种人类环境激素相关基因cDNA片段的基因芯片 ,对经过严格配伍的正常和先兆子痫胎盘组织中基因表达谱的差异进行检测。结果 :先兆子痫胎盘中与氧化还原代谢相关的基因 (GenBank :U7816 8、X16 6 99、D32 143、AL0 35 0 79、AF0 6 96 6 8、X5 346 3、J0 3746、X0 2 317、X912 47等 )表达增高。另外 ,与激素等其它代谢相关的一些基因 (如GenBank :NM-0 0 1718、Z2 2 5 35、M38180、M76 6 6 5、X75 2 5 2、J0 32 5 8、U5 6 72 5 )在先兆子痫胎盘中的表达也增强。结论 :胎盘内基因表达的变化与先兆子痫患者体内多种代谢改变有关。 AIM: To study the change of some metabolism-associated genes expression in preeclamptic placenta. METHODS: The mRNA expression levels of metabolism-associated genes in preeclamptic or normal placenta were detected by employing complementary DNA microarray representing over 220 human hormone-associated genes. RESULTS: Many redox metabolism-related genes (GenBank: U78168, X16699, D32143, AL035079, AF069668, X53463, J03746, X02317, X91247, etc) were highly expressed in preeclamptic placenta compared with normal placenta. Additionally, the mRNA expression levels of some genes which were related to other metabolism such as hormone (GenBank: NM -001718, Z22535, M38180, M76665, X75252, J03258, U56725), were also highly expressed in preeclamptic placenta.CONCLUSION: The change of genes expression in placenta is associated with the change of metabolism in patients sufferring from preeclampsia.
