摘要
讨论了影响改性涤纶碱减量处理的因素,实验结果表明碱处理条件以用3%NaOH在90℃下对纤维处理90min为佳。利用WAXD、SEM等方法对处理后的纤维进行结构测试,说明纤维晶区结构变化不大,纤维表面均匀分布着坑穴。仿真丝涤纶力学性能与真丝接近,光泽、手感、吸湿性和染色性能等都得到改善,其中PET-SIPM-PEG(200)/PET改性涤纶仿真丝效果最好。
Effect of reaction parameters such as treatment time, concentration of alkali, and temperature on thealkaline hydrolysis of modified PET fibers has been studied. It showed that the favorable conditions of alkalitreatment is with sodium hydroxide solution of 3% at 90℃ for 90min. By means of WAXD and SEM etc.,itcan been proved that the structions of crystalline regions of modified fibers remain practically unchangedand many elongated pits are distributed on the surface of the fibers. The mechanical properties of the fibersespecially PET-SIPM-PEG(200)/PET modified fiber, are very similar to that of the silk, and the silklikeproperties,such as luster, handel,moisture regain and dyeing are considerably improved.
