摘要
对化纤生产中最常用的载热体——联苯混合物的传热效果进行了研究。根据对流传热速率方程及傅立叶定律导出了联苯的对流传热系数α的计算式。并结合生产实际情况,对不同类型的传热装置及联苯在失套中的不同充满情况作了一定的实验研究,求出了各种情况下联苯的对流传热系数a值。并通过比较得出套管换热器应以充满载热体,竖立安装为最佳。
This paper deals with a study on the heat transfer effect of phenylo mixture, which is the most widelyused as heat carrier in synthetic fiber industry. The overall heat transfer is formulated by Fourier heatconduction law, Newton's law of cooling and the heat transfer rate equation. The heat transfer film coffi-cient α is determined for the heat carrier in the jacket of a shell-tube heat exchanger through a series ofexperimental tests. The values of α are quite distinct with respect to the layout of the heat exchanger. It issuggested that the jacket should be completely filled with carrier rather than partially, and the apparatusshould be vertically set up rather than horizontally.
