摘要
对PET-POY进行热处理后,采用动态力学、密度梯度、双折射等实验方法,研究了其动态力学性能和结构变化,结果表明:随着热处理温度的增加,[E]-T曲线上的凹峰消失,E″-T曲线上的双峰变成一个峰。双折射、结晶度和声速取向因子随处理温度的增加而增加,双折射值与结晶度呈现直线关系。
After heat treatment of PET-POY at different temperature, the dynamic mechanical properties andstructure of fibers were investigated by various methods,such as dynamic mechanical testing,birefringenceand density gradient. The results show that concave peak disapear on the [E]-T curves and double loss-modulus peak on the E^n-T curve turn into one peak with increasing of heat treatment temperature. Bire-fingence, crystallinity and orientation factor increased with increasing of heat treatment temperature. Bire-fringence increased linearly with crystallinity. A tentative analyse has been made to explain above men-tioned phenomena. It was considered that such phenomena were directly related to the PET-POY structureand the condition of heat treatment.
