摘要
在阐述环己酮肟重排反应机理的基础上,对国外几家公司己内酰胺生产过程中环己酮肟重排工艺过程及其特点进行了介绍,担深入讨论了重排反应条件的选择及其影响因素。简要介绍了先进的重排工艺过程控制的特点。
Based on the expounding of machanism of the rearrangement reaction of cyclobexanone-oxime,it givesa brief introduction of the process procedure and features of the rearrangement of cyclohexanone-oxime inthe production of caprolactam now practised in some foreign companies. Discussions on the selection of theconditions of the rearrangement reaction as well as their influential factors is in fairly deep extent. It alsobriefly introduces the features of the control method for this rearrangement advanced, process procedure.
