几种仿毛纤维油剂的性能和应用

THE PROPERTY AND APPLICATION OF SEVERAL WOOLENLIKE FIBER FINISH

采用D490/D489,C112/C110和T500(或国产PK)/T600三种油剂,在相同的上油条件下研究了它们的摩擦特性、抗静电性。在改性涤纶的试纺中探讨了上述油剂的配比、浓度等应用问题。结果表明:从抗静电性、平滑性、毛条后纺织加工的可纺性比较,C112/C110油剂均优于D490/D489和T500/T600油剂。毛条质量好,毛粒、毛片、疵点少。

The friction and antistatic properties of the D489/D490 (Germany Dake Co.). C112/C110 (JapaneseJiqun Co.) and T500(or Chinese PK)/T600 (Japanese Sonben Co.) oil finish are studied under the commoncondition of application. The application methods concerning the recipe and concentration etc of these finishsin the expermental production of the modified polyester fiber are discussed. The results show that the anti-static property, smoothness and the top spinnability of the C112/C110 is better than other oil finishs, thequality of the top is better and the pilling and the faults are less.
