压电陶瓷驱动梁的变形分析及试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用逆压电效应可以研制各种驱动器 将片状的压电陶瓷(PZT)作为驱动器,对称地粘贴到梁的上下表面,在极性相反的外部电场的作用下,使驱动构件发生弯曲变形 在推导了粘贴有PZT压电驱动片梁的弯曲应变分布表达式的基础上,通过分析驱动片的纵横应变分布,提出了用横向定向加固的方法使压电陶瓷驱动元件表现出明显的正交异性,从而提高了压电驱动的效率。 An external electric field can cause the piezoelectric material to generate a strain field. Actuation of the piezoelectric material is based on its converse piezoelectric effect. In this study, the laminated piezoelectric ceramics, as induced strain actuators, are bonded on the dual surfaces of a rectangular beam. Under the opposite electric field, the structure results in pure bending deformation which is being analyzed. According to analytical expressions of strains, the isotropic piezoceramic elements exhibit orthotropic behavior when directionally attached. In the end the induced strains of a cantilever beam with the directionally attached piezoceramic and the conventional piezoceramic are compared by static experiments.
