摘要
电化学整流电源要求提供连续的高效率的强大的直流电流,常采用三相桥式同相逆并联电路结构,分析研究该电路损耗的实用计算方法对电化学整流电源的设计和生产具有现实指导意义 结合电化学整流电源生产实际,介绍了三相桥式同相逆并联电路构成,分析了电化学整流电源的各项损耗,给出了整流装置损耗的实用计算方法,为整流装置效率的确定和整流装置内冷却设备的选用和布置提供了理论依据,也为整流装置的CAD设计打下理论基础 计算方法简洁、具体、可操作性强。
For an electrochemistry rectifier power supply, providing a continuous, powerful and high efficiency DC current is required. The structure of the DoubleThreePhase bridge rectifier reverse parallel connection is usually used, and a practical calculation method on it's power loss is important. In this paper, the structure of the DoubleThreePhase bridge rectifier reverse parallel connection is introduced. A variety of power losses of the rectifier assembly are analyzed. A practical calculation method for these losses is provided. It provides a theoretical basis for the efficiency calculation, the selection and arrangement of the cooling equipment of the rectifier assembly, and lays a foundation for further CAD design of the system.
