摘要
对聚丙烯降解过程对其分子量和分子量分布的影响进行了模拟计算,得出分子量分布指数公式与实验结果符合很好。大量的纺丝试验表明,在聚丙烯熔体纺丝温度T纺下的零切变粘度η_0(纺)是它的纺丝性能的更好的判断数据。纺丝性能较好的区域也就是η_0(纺)适当的区域。
The influence of polypropylene degradation on its molecular weight and molecular weight distribution hasbeen calculated by computer simulation. The molecular weight distribution index is consistent with our experi-mental data very well. It is shown by a plenty of PP spinning tests that η_0(Tsp),the zero shear viscosity of PPmelt at the spinning temperature Tsp, is a better characteristic quantity for PP spinnability than the MFI. ThePP melt with suitable viscosity η_0(Tsp) has a good spinnability.
