摘要
综述了以旭化成法为重点的苯部分加氢制环己烯,再水合生产环己醇所用的催化剂及工艺。与环己烷氧化法相比较,环己烯法副产物少,在环保、安全和成本方面无论具有优势,是一种省能源、物耗低、污染环境少的工艺。
A new process for making cyclohexanol from benzene has been developed by Asahi chemical industry Co.The process produces cyclohexene by partial hydrogenation of benzene with Ru catalyst, and the cyclohexeneis then converted to cyclohexanol by hydration in the presence of zeolite. this review evaluted the process andcompared its ecomomics.
