摘要
为准确控制充油稀土BR充油前基础胶的门尼粘度(ML),试制了一种低速(0.04r/min)门尼粘度计。它能满足生产ML=60~100的稀土BR,导出的低速ML(ML_低)与ML的关系式:1gML_(低(充油胶))=1gML_(低(基础胶))-kx,ML=12.0+3.8ML_低,可以方便地应用于生产稀土BR及其充油胶。
When producing the oil-extended rare earth polybutadiene rubber (BR), the quality of basic rubber must be controlled strictly before its oil extension . Because this basic rubber is of high molecular weight and small plasticity , it is difficult that the Mooney viscosity of the basic rubber is measured precisely by a general ND-2 Mooney viscometer with 2 r/min ,and the quality control of the oil-extended rare earth BR is not easy . To that end , a low speed Mooney viscometer with 0.04 r/min is introduced .Selecting five rare earth BR specimens , the quantity tests of oil extension are made by rollers and the Mooney viscosities (MLlow )before and after oil extension are measured by the low speed Mooney viscometer , and then an experimental equation is obtained :lg MLlow(oil-extended rubber ) =lg MLlow (basicrubber)-kx (1)where x is extender oil quantity (%), k is 0.009 approximately . From Equation 1 ,the MLlow of oil-extended rubber is obtained easily when the MLlow of basic rubber and extender oil quantity are known.According to the data of general Mooney viscosity (ML)and low speed Mooney viscosity (MLlow) of seven oil-extended rare earth BR specimens , the linear equation is derived :ML=12.0+3.8MLlow (2)Equation 1 and Equation 2 can be applied conveniently in the industrial production of rare earth BR and oil-extended rare earth BR .
