摘要
软件产业是个智力密集型的产业 ,与人的活动密不可分。人员能力成熟度模型P -CMM正是关注软件企业人员能力改进的模型。本文根据P -CMM模型的相关过程域制定调查问卷 ,对我国软件组织人力资源管理状况进行调查 ,并对调查的结果进行分析。结合问卷调查的结果 ,本文提出了我国软件组织依据P -CMM实施演进的步骤。
The software industry is intelligence industry,which is closely relat ed to behavior of people. The people capability maturity model (P-CMM) is this k ind of model, which focuses on the improvement of people capability of software organization. In this dissertation, a questionnaire is compiled according to the relative key process area of P-CMM, and used to investigate the people capabili ty status of Chinese software organizations. According to investigation result, the priority of implementation is provided.
