本文深入讨论了我国企业制度与企业组织形态的基本形式、现代企业制度的内涵和组成部分 ,认为中国企业管理的加强和完善要注意与企业制度和组织形态结合起来 ,要建设以公司制为主体的现代企业制度 ,解决国有企业公司制改造过程中诸如公司制改造的形式选择、法人治理结构等问题 ,从根本上处理好制度与人的关系。中国企业未来的发展趋势之一是建立综合的、系统的、科学的管理制度 。

This article discussed the basic forms of China's corporate system and the main forms of our enterprises' organizing model. Besides, it probed the connotation of modern corporate system and its components. The author argued that it's necessary to establish corporation-system-based modern corporate system combining corporate system and organizing models. It's also vital to tackle the style choosing, corporate governance and other problems during state owned enterprises' corporation rebuilding process and to soundly deal with the relationship between system and people in order to enhance and perfect our business administration system. One trend of China's enterprises' development is to establish a comprehensive, systematic andscientific management system while set up genuine management patterns under market economy system.
