顺丁橡胶的充油效应

摘要 采用无剪切加热双辊压胶机,制备了不同ML、不同(?)的稀土顺丁橡胶(LnBR)和镍系顺丁橡胶(NiBR)的数组充油胶样,测定了诸样品的性能。结果表明,LnBR具有充油量大、充油效应小、充油胶物理机械性能好等优点,但其挤出流变性能比充油NiBR差。当充油胶ML为50±3、充油量为47.5±2.5份(按100份胶计)时,LnBR基础胶ML应为100~120、[η]应为6.5~7.6dL/g;当充油胶ML为40±3、充油量为37.5±1.5份时,LnBR和NiBR的基础胶ML应分别为68~85和78~97,[η]应分别为5.0~61dL/g和3.8~4.5dL/g。采用二次充油工艺是保证LnBR充油量准确、充油胶ML合格的关键措施。 The effects of ML , [η] of cis-l,4-polybutadiene rubber (BR) and its oil content on the properties of the oil-extended cts-l,4-polybutadiene rubber with rare earth catalyst (LnBR) and with nickel catalyst (NiBR) were studied .The ML , yield strength (Ty) and compression set (5) of oil-extended BR decreased systematically with the increase of oil content .The ML , Ty and S of higher ML base BR decreased faster than those of lower ML base BR , and so did for the BR of less oil content . The effects of oil content on NiBR was stranger than LnBR (Figure 1.2).The compounding processability of oil-extended LnBR was better than those of oil-extended NiBR ,whereas the extrusion rheological properties were worse . The Mooney scorch (120°C ) ΔT5-0 and vulcanization rate (143 °C ) ΔT90-10 quickened with the increase of oil content . The tensile strength , stress at 300% elongation , hardness and rebound resilience decreased with the increase of oil content , while the Goodrich heat build-up decreased .When the ML and oil content of LnBR were 40±3 and 37.5 phr respectively , the ML and [η] of base BR could be controlled in the range of 68-85 and 5.0 -6.1 dL/g .The secondary extending oil is an important measure for accurate and stable oil content of BR .
