摘要
讨论了以氮代烃为第三组分的稀土催化剂聚合丁二烯的活性及其状态。发现Cl/Nd摩尔比在2至3的范围内变化,或采用先加入烷基铝和氮代烃再加入钕盐的配料顺序,其催化剂的活性最高。由某些氮代烃在一定条件下组成的催化剂可在较宽的Cl/Nd摩尔比范围内保持均相状态。
The activity , appearence and general regularity of butadiene polymerization with rare earth catalyst comprising of certain organic chlorides as the third component were studied . It was found that some organic chlorides , such as t - BuCl , allyl-Cl ,PhCH2Cl,CClPh3, can form a new type of homogeneous rare earth catalysts which make a feature of maintaining homogeneous state in a wider range of Cl/Nd molar ratio . The ef fects of different polymerization conditions on the activity of catalysts , polymer intrinisic viscosity [η], molecular weight distribution and cis -1,4contents of obtained polybutadiene were investigated in the case of using the catalyst system Nd(naph)3-Al(i-Bu)2H-t-BuCl(or allyl-Cl) for butadiene polymerization . It was shown that the homogeneous rare earth catalysts have higher activity and gave easily polymer with controllable structure parameters .
