摘要
以断裂力学为基础,研究了BR胶料从高应变至低应变较宽广区域的S-N曲线及断裂参数β和c_0,从定性和定量角度解析了BR胶料的疲劳破坏寿命和断裂特性,认为BR胶料在动态疲劳过程中抗裂纹扩展性能较差,与NR并用可显著改善这一性能,其并用比以BR/NR=70/30~60/40(质量比)为宜。
The fatigue curves (S-N curves )under a quite wide range of strain (from higher to lower ) and the fracture parameters β and c0 were studied on the basis of fracture mechanics . The results of quantitative and qualitative analyses of fatigue life and dynamic failure characteristic of BR vulcanizates showed that the speed of crack propagation of BR compounds could be reduced obviously by blending with 30-40 phr NR components , which are favorable to antifatigue property .
