2,3-二氯-1,3-丁二烯中二乙基羟胺的气相色谱分析

GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY ANALYSIS OF DIETHYLHYDROXYLAMINE IN 2,3 - DICH LORO -1,3- BUTADIENE

以碱洗6201担体:KOH:聚乙二醇-20M:阿皮松L=100∶3.0∶1.8∶8.2(质量比)的固定相填充φ3mm×3000mm玻璃柱,采用氢火焰离子化检测器,外标法定量,用气相色谱法分析2,3-二氯-1,3-丁二烯中阻聚剂二乙基羟胺的含量。在其含量为100～3000ppm时,测定结果的相对误差小于6.25％,相对标准偏差不大于5.0％。

The diethylhydroxylamine (DEHA) in 2,3-dichloro-1,3-butadiene (DCBD) was analyzed by PEG-20 M packed glass column with the stationary phase of alkali washed 6021 support : KOH : PEG-20M : Apiezon L= 100 : 3 .0 :1.8 :8.2 (mass ratio). By using FID detector and outer standard method ,the relative standard deviation was 5.0% and relative error 6.5% when DEHA content in DCBD was 100 -3 000 ppm.Figure Gas chromatogram of DEHA in DCBDConditions : Column temperature 85°C; Carrier gas N,30 mL/min ; Injection port and detector temperature 130°C.
