浅析热管换热器性能特点

Priliminary Analysis of the Featuse of the Performane of Heat Pipe Heat Exchanger

简要介绍了热管换热器的发展现状。目前,由于热管换热器投资少、传热效果好和设备体积小,因而得到了广泛的应用。着重地介绍了几种热管换热器的性能特点,其中包括标准热管、重力热管、重力辅助热管和旋转热管,并且对其的性能进行了分析。利用热管换热器,不但可以缓解我国能源供需矛盾,而且还可带来较高的经济效益。

In this paper the present situation of the development of heat pipe heat exchanger has been briefly introduced. At present, the heat pipe heat exchanger is widely applieated due to its low investment, good heat exchange performance, and the equipment volume is small. In this paper the characteristic performance of several kinds of heat pipe heat exchanger were introduced mainly. Which includs, standard heat pipe, gravity heat pipe, pvavity auxilliary heat pipe and spinning heat pipe. And the feature of the perforformance of these heat pipe exchangers have also analyzed. By using heat pipe heat exchanger, not only the supply and demand problem on energy in our country can be solved, but also can bring more economic profits.
