溶聚丁苯橡胶胶液导热系数的测定 被引量:2

摘要 用KDR-1 B型智能导热系数测定仪测定了单体转化率(X)分别为38.5%、59.1%、86.9%,100.0%的溶聚丁幕橡胶胶液,在298~338 K的导热系数(λ),关联了实验数据,得到了λ与温度(T)及X的关联式: λ_计算=0.1669-0.1768×10^(-3)T+0.9979×10^(-4)X λ_实测与λ_计算相对偏差小于0.59%,该关联式可满足工程设计的要求。 The thermal conductivity (λ) of solution polymerized styrene butadiene rubber (S-SBR) slurry was measured by KDR- 1 B brain thermal conductivity apparatus at the monomer conversion (X) of 38.5% ,59.1% .,86.9% and 100.0% , and at the temperature (T) range of 298 -338 K . The results showed that A decreased with the increase of temperature ,and increased slowly with the increase of conversion rate .The correlation formula between A , T and X was obtainedby the correlation of experimental data with the least square methodλcal= 0.1669-0.1768 ×10-3T-3 T+0.9979 × 10-4X The relative deviation between λcxp and λcal is less than 0.59%. The correlation formula can meet the requirements of engineering design .
