摘要
介绍了资本运营的基本内涵,提出了资本运营实施中应遵循的利润最大化、所有者权益最大化、企业价值最大化三个评价原则,探讨了资本运营的运作模型,分析了资本运营的运作过程,对资本运营过程中的企业并购行为进行了博弈分析。
This paper introduces the basic connotation of capital operation, puts forward 3 evaluating principles, namely, maximization of profits, owner's rights and interests, and enterprise's value. Then it discusses the operational model of capital operation, analyses the operating process of capital operation, and finally it conducts the game analysis on enterprises' merge and acquisition behavior in the process of capital operation.
