素质教育与教师的素质

Quality education and quality of teachers

高等学校开展素质教育对教师提出了更高的要求,教师的教育思想、业务修养,采用的教学方法、教育技术手段等各方面都对教学效果有直接或间接的影响。文章认为现代高校教师应该改革传统教育思想、真正接受素质教育观念,提高自身业务素质、紧跟学科发展步伐,灵活运用现代教学手段;同时重视师生间的情感因素、营造良好的教学氛围等,从各个角度全面提高自身的素质,以保证素质教育的顺利实施。

The developing of quality education in colleges raise higher demands on teachers, and their teaching ideas, professional knowledge, teaching method and educational means will directly or indirectly influence the teaching results. It is proposed to pay attention to these problems as follows: reforming traditional teaching ideas, accepting quality education ideas in real sense; improving professional knowledge, applying modern teaching methods flexibly; attaching importance to the feelings between teachers and students to create favorable atmosphere. Thus their quality can be comprehensively improved to guarantee the smooth implementation of quality education.
