摘要
在顺丁橡胶生产中,以满足聚合活性为目标,当体系内水值发生波动时,采用计算机显示与辅助控制系统可辨认聚合活性变化的原因,从而能够恰当地调整工艺条件,优化聚合过程。
The optimum control method of water in polymerization procedure of butadiene with nickel catalyst by computer aid control system based upon model prediction , pattern recognition and expert system was developed. The data from the system showed that the catalyst amount wascompelled to be raised as the water value increased and the disadvantages of water can be eliminated by raising the monomer concentration [Bd] and Ni/Bd or Al/Ni molar ratio. The relationships between [η] and Al/B , between [η] and H2O/Al molar ratio under the condition of fixed water value and Al/B molar ratio were obtained respectively from the data given by the system and the experiment. The results proved that the data from the system and the experiment had similar results . The control target of the system was the molecular weight of resulted polymerand the control precision of the system as compared with traditional control methods was more excellent.
