Development of Computer Management Software for Cold-Drawing Process of Seamless Tube

针对无缝管冷拔生产过程中人工管理存在的烦琐、低效等问题 ,作者采用面向对象的数据库开发技术 ,开发了一套计算机管理软件 ,以实现无缝管生产过程实时数据的计算机管理。文章主要介绍了该软件的设计思想、技术特点、主要功能模块及仿真应用情况。它的应用必将促进我国无缝管生产过程管理水平的提高。

A computer management software for cold-drawing process of seamless steel tube is developed. The object oriented development technique of database is adapted to develop a set of computer management software, the computer management of real time data in the process of producing the seamless tube is achieved and the problems such as overlaboration and low efficiency caused by manual management are solved. The design ideal and technical characteristics are introduced and the main function modules and simulation method are provided. An example of actual application is also given out. The application of this software will raise the management level of production process of seamless steel tube in our country.
