摘要
本文在试验的基础上 ,研究了金属液渗入多孔体时各种因素对填料粒子产生的影响。金属液的浇注温度 ,模具与多孔体的预热温度 ,粒子粒径的大小等诸因素相互依赖相互影响 ,其结果直接影响着多孔体的损坏程度 ,从而在一定程度上影响着泡沫铝合金的孔结构。只要将诸多因素控制在一定范围 ,就会使金属液顺利地渗入多孔体中 。
The influence of different factors on the filler particle when pouring the liquid metal into the porous body was studied based on the experiments. The pouring temperature of liquid metal?preheating temperature of mould and porous body?the particle diameter ,which are interdependent and interfere each other to influence the damage degree of porous body,can influence the pore structare of foamed Al alloy.The results show that if the factors were controlled to a certain degree,the liquid metal can successfully fill the porous body and the more perfect foamed Al alloy can be obtained.
