旋毛虫体外培养研究

The Research on External Culture of Trichinella spiralis

目的 :研究旋毛虫囊蚴在宿主体外培养的情况。方法 :加 2 0 %小牛血清的 RPMI- 16 4 0作为培养基 ,在 37℃、 5 % CO2 的二氧化碳培养箱中培养。结果 :旋毛虫脱囊蚴能在体外合适培养基中存活较长时间。但虫体无明显增大。结论 :旋毛虫脱囊蚴能在体外生存 。

Objective: To study the external culture of Trichinella spiralis. Methods: The culture medium is RPMI 1640 with 20% calf blood serum, culturing in CO 2 incubator at 37 degree centigrade. Result: Excyst larva of the Trichinella spiralis can survive a long time in external culture. But the body of the Trichinella spiralis does not increase obviously. Conclusions: Excyst larva of the Trichinella spiralis can survive in external culture, but the growth and development of the Trichinella spiralis need other stimulating factors.
