充油镍系顺丁橡胶混炼胶的流变性能 被引量:1

摘要 采用XLY-Ⅱ型毛细管流变仪对镍系顺丁橡胶(NiBR)的充油胶(BR 375)混炼胶的流变行为进行了研究,并与未充油NiBR(BR9000)和日本NiBR的充油胶(BR31)进行了比较。结果表明,BR375混炼胶的综合流动性优于BR31和BR9000,三种NiBR的表观粘度对剪切速率(γ_w~·)很敏感;BR 375和BR31的流动曲线对温度不敏感,加工性好,而且在相近的γ_w~·下,两者的挤出胀大效应小于BR9000,挤出物外观也优于BR9000。 The rheological properties of oil -extended nickel catalyzed cis - polybutadiene rubber (NiBR) (BR375) were studied with reference to BR9000 without oil extension and oil-extend NiBR (BR31) by XLY- Ⅱ type capillary rheometer . The flow curves showed that the apparent viscosity (ηa) decreased with increasing ηw, the ηa of BR9000 was higher than that of oil-extended NiBRs , which indicated that the flowability of BR375 and BR 31 was better thanthat of BR9000.The experimental observations showed that the Barus effect of oil extended NBRs was less obvious than that of BR9000 , and the appearance of the compound extrudates was more excellent.
