摘要
介绍了脱乙酸型、脱醇型、脱肟型、脱胺型、脱酰胺型和脱氨氧型等通用型单组分有机硅密封胶(RTV-1)及阻燃型、表面可涂装型、防霉型、耐污染型等特种RTV-1的研究进展情况,以及各自使用的交联剂、缩合催化剂及特殊助剂等。PTV-1在硫化速度、操作性能、胶粘性、密封性和耐候性等方面具有最好的综合性能,且能满足现代建筑对密封材料所提出的各种特殊要求,但同聚丙烯酸、聚氨酯、聚硫等密封胶相比,价格稍高。
The research on one component silicone construction sealant (RTV-1) was reviewed with 97 references . The general RTV-1 s include acetoxysilicon RTV- 1, alkoxysilicon RTV-1, ketoximesilicon RTV-1, aminosilicon RTV-1, amidosilicon RTV- 1 and aminoxysilicon RTV-1 .The special RTV- 1 s which have been developed recently include flame retardant RTV- 1 ,paintable RTV-1, mildew-resistant RTV-1 and spoil - resistant RTV-1 . Crosslinking agents , condensation catalysts ,special promoters and additives were described.
