单体总转化率不低于70%乳液聚合合成SBR

SYNTHESIS OF EMULSION POLYMERIZED SBR WITH TOTAL MONOMER CONVERSION MORE THAN 70%

在500mL聚合瓶和10L聚合釜中,以SBR 1500生产配方为基础,对(?)烷过氧化氩-乙二胺四乙酸铁钠-甲醛次硫酸钠为氧化还原系统,调整氧化还原系统和复合皂用量,采用冷法乳液聚合和调节刑增量加入法,在聚合反应速率(单体转化率/小时)约7.5％/h、单体总转化率7％或更高的条件下,试制出ABR 1500,1502及其充油胶SBR 1778。经IR,GPC,^(13)-NMR表征及物理机械性能测定,其结构和性能与日本合成橡胶公司生产的同类产品相当。

General purpose SBR 1500 , 1502 and its oil extended SBR 1778 were prepared based on the commercial recipe of SBR 1500, using p - menthane hydroperoxide , ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid disodium salt - ferrous suliate , and formaldehyde sodium sulfoxylate as oxidation-reduction system . by adjusting the oxidation-reduction system and the amount of compound soap , by cold emulsion polymerization and incremental method of regulator , in a 500 mL and a 10 Lpolymerization vessels respectively .The polymerization conditions were total monomer conversion 70% or more ,polymerization rate (monomer conversion per unit time ) about 7.5%/h .By characterization and measurement , the structure and mechanical properties of these rubbers were similar to those of JSR products .
