摘要
以乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)乳液为聚合种子,丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)为共聚单体,采用乳液聚合,于EVA∶BA∶GMA=80∶20∶1~5(质量比)、72℃和2~3h反应条件下,合成了EVA/AB-GMA复合乳液。经透射电镜、扫描电镜、热分析和红外光谱分析表明,胶粒呈微空腔及模糊毛状界面结构;与EVA乳液相比,成膜能力强,胶膜胶粒融合细密,耐水性(吸水率14.2%)高,拉伸强度(17.9MPa)下降,伸长率(640%)增大,有两个T_g值(-3.6℃和-340℃);热处理可使胶膜中的羟基和环氧乙基交联,胶膜性能相应提高,T_g为-43℃和-29.8℃,吸水率为54%,拉伸强度为20.4MPa,伸长率为570%。
The composite emulsion of ethylene- vinyl acetate (EVA)/butyl acrylate (BA) -glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) was synthesized by seeding emulsion polymerization using EVA as polymerization seed, BA and GMA as copolymerization monomers . in the conditions of EVA : BA :GMA=80(?): 20 :1 - 5 (mass ), 70°C and 2 - 3h . The TEM , SEM , TMA and IR results showed that the particles of EVA/BA- GMA composite emulsion were void and with hairy surface ,had good film- formation and soft behavior at low temperature . The waterabsorption was 14.2% , tensile strength 17.9 MPa, elongation 640% . When the film of EVA/ BA-GMA composite emulsion were treated with heat , the film properties improved, water absorption 5.4% , tensile strength 20.4 MPa .
