摘要
本文综合考虑了多种影响因素,更接近柴油机实际工况的活塞环组润滑分析方法和计算机程序系统,对柴油机的一项重要参数——机油耗及其影响因素进行了理论探讨。从改进环组滑动廓面设计角度对减少润滑油泄流损耗提出见解,并以量大面广的S1100柴油机为对象,对于降低活塞环组机油耗的环组设计,提出改进建议。
One of the important porameter of diesel engine, oil consumption, and its influence factors is theoretically studied by using the method of the synthesis of various factors, the analysis of piston-ring group lubrication in the more approachable to practical working condition, and the computing program system. Our opinion an the reduction of the oil drain consumption is proposed from the viewpoint of improvement of piston-ring group sliding profile design, and an improved scheme for reducing the oil comsumption of pistom-ring group is presented after the widely used Sl 100 diesel engine is studied.
