ON THE CHOISE OF INDIVIDUAL ACCURACY INDEXES FOR CYLINDRICAL GEAR TRANSNUSSION SMOOTHNESS

本文根据渐开线齿轮的啮合原理,分析了有关精度指标对齿轮传动平稳性的影响,指出了最佳单项精度指标组合。并通过对齿轮各种加工方法的主要误差形式的分析,提出了各种生产条件下可选用和不可选用的平稳性单项指标组合,为国家齿轮精度标准中平稳性指标的选用提供了理论依据。

According to the engagement principle of involute gears, the influnce of gear accuracy indexec on transmisson smoothness is analyzed in this paper, and the optimum conbination of individual indexes is suggested. Through the analysis of the main error form of diffcrant machining methods, which indexes conbination inspect to the transmission smoothness can be chosen is pointed out,Therefore,the paper provides a theoritical background for choosing accuracy indexes of transmission smoothness from the national standard of gear accuracy.
